THE FACILITATOR’S “CRACKED POT” AND UNIQUE STYLE

In this class we’ll explore the facilitator’s “cracked pot”. That is, the gifts hidden within learning edges and difficulties whether we are new or advanced therapists, facilitators, teachers, coaches, or other helpers.  Through exploring our unique natures, we’ll discover the special “metaskills” which bring our skills to life, our rainbow of styles, and discover renewed creativity for our work.
